Types of Patents:
- Patents of Invention
- Patents of PCT

Filing requirements:
- A Simply signed power of attorney.
- Three copies of the specifications, claims, and an abstract which consists of no more than 200 words. The Indonesian translation is to be submitted at the time of filing.
- Three sets of the formal drawings, if any.
- A statement as to patents already applied for or granted in other countries for the same invention, together with the dates and numbers of the applications filed or patents granted, to be filed at the time of the filing of the request for examination.
- A certified copy of the basic application together with its English translation for claiming convention priority.
- A notarized deed of assignment from the inventor to the applicant or evidence that the inventor(s) is/are member(s)/employee(s) of the applicant, along with an English translation.

Patent requirements:

- Full details of the applicant.
- Power of attorney (no legalization required).
- Full particulars of the invention with 2 sets of specifications, claims and abstract.
- Indonesian translation (can be filed during 1 month).
- Formal & informal drawings.
- Convention document.
- Assignment from the inventors to the applicant (legalization required).
- Certified copy of the basic application with English translation.

For PCT Application, in addition to the above, we need:
- Copy of PCT Application
- Copy of PCT Publication, it is important that Publication document, must shows that Indonesia is an elected.

Granting:
Ten years from filing date.

Trademarks

Filing requirements:
- Simply signed power of attorney
- Thirty prints of the trademark, if in colour.
- Simply signed statement of ownership.
- Certified copy of the home application, if priority is claimed.
- The meaning and the translation of the mark.

Designs and Models

Filing requirements:
- Power of Attorney simply signed.
- Declaration of Ownership (Indonesia and English), we will provide.
- Description of the industrial design.
- Drawing or photo of perspective view (2 or 3 dimension), up, down, front, back (each 5 pieces).
- Assignment Letter, if the applicant is not the Inventor Legalized up to the Indonesian Consulate
